Wash your face

The first step of washing your face with a good quality soap or face wash. Washing the face will remove all the dust, extra sebum, and germs in your face. Otherwise, dust and sebum will get absorbed into the skin and cause irritation and acne burst out.

Use of antimicrobial soap is also a good option as it will kill all the bacteria and remove all the possibility of an invasion of bacteria.

Cleansing

Throughout the day, you get layer upon layer of dirt, bacteria, viruses, dead skin cells, debris etc which don’t remove out only by washing.

For removing tiny bumps on the face, it’s necessary to remove all the foreign matter from the face skin. Cleansing will remove all the impurities from the skin, and make soft the hard tiny bumps.

You can have cleanser from the market or can make at home. Here are few methods for making cleanser for face at home

Yogurt and honey cleanser

Both yogurt and honey have the cleansing properties and are at the top of skin products. Honey also has antimicrobial properties which the bacteria causing milia.

In a bowl add one tablespoon of honey and the tablespoon of yogurt. Mix well and with fingertips, apply on face, massage in a circular motion for 15 minutes. Leave for 15 minutes to dry completely. Rinse off your face with fresh water. Repeat daily.

Clay and aspirin cleanser

This cleanse is specially designed for milia. It will stop milia production and with regular use may remove tiny bumps on face. Clay has the tendency to absorb excess oil from the face, remove all type of allergens from the face which causes milia, and sooth the bumps making easier to remove out.

Aspirin as having antibacterial, anti-inflammatory properties, tends to remove the bumps caused by inflammation. It will better fight with bacteria, the causative agent of tiny bumps.

Mix Clay and aspirin in 2:1 in a bowl. Add a small amount of water to make smooth consistency paste, mix well. Apply on face, very gently massage on the bumps and other areas. After 5to 10 minutes, wash off your face with water. Apply daily.

Milk, strawberry and honey cleanser

It is a simple cleanser, for removing the dust and sebum from the face. Milk has the best cleansing properties, this cleanser will also nourish your skin.

In a bowl, add 1 or 2 strawberries, with folk mesh them evenly. Then add one teaspoon of honey and 3 tablespoons of milk. Mix well. Apply on face and gently rub on the bumps for about 15 minutes. Do it regularly.

Milk and lemon juice

It suits best for dry skin and as dryness exaggerate the bumps, this face cleanser will suit best for bumps. It will moisturize the skin in the best way, help in deep cleansing of the face.

In a bowl essentially of non-metal, add raw milk and lemon juice in 10: 1. Mix well and with the help of cotton ball, apply over face and gently massage especially on bumps. Keep massaging for about 15 minutes. Leave until dry and then rinse off your face with fresh water. Apply daily.

Use Steam for tiny bumps on face

Boil water with moisturizing

Take about 1 liter of water and add a handful of cleansing herbs like lavender herbs, neem leaves etc and boil it with the cover on the vessel. If you do not have herbs, you can add a prepared moisturizer like lavender oil, tea tree oil etc but better to add herbs.

Provide steam

When water starts boiling add enough steam is produced, remove the vessel from the stove and with caution, place on a high surface like a table.

Take a clean, cotton towel and sit down in front of the pot. Now create a small passage on pot by slightly sliding the lid so that fumes can come out. Keep distance from the pot to avoid your face from burning. Take steam for about 10 minutes and if you feel too hot, better to get back away from the pot.

Dry out your face with a clean towel.

Exfoliation

More often, under exfoliation results in milia. If you don’t exfoliate your skin, dead skin cells start to accumulate on the face and as bumps. Exfoliation will remove the dead skin cells, extra moisture and bring bumps from beneath the skin to the upper layer. Making easier to remove out.

For exfoliation, you can use different face scrubs. You can either buy from the market or make at home.

Oatmeal face scrub

This face scrub will exfoliate the skin, oatmeal has the soothing properties and best to treat tiny bumps.

In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of oatmeal, half teaspoon of baking soda and enough water to make a smooth paste. Apply all over your face and massage gently especially on the affected area for about 15 minutes. Bumps from beneath the skin may appear on the skin.

Grape scrub

Not sounds cool? Right? But when you will try it, you will love it after having results. Take some grapes and wash them. Then cut them into equal halves.

Put some sugar grains on then and rub on your face especially on the bumps. Keep rubbing and massaging for 10 minutes. Rinse off your face with fresh water.

Peach scrub

The most widely used scrub is peach scrub. It has vitamins and nutrients which help out in nourishing the skin, treat allergic bumps.

Take one peach, remove its kernel seed and add in a bowl. With folk mesh it. Add one teaspoon of honey and a few drops of lemon juice. After mixing apply on face, leave for a few minutes and then massage on face for 10 minutes. Rinse off with fresh water.

Apply face mask

After completing the above procedure, prepare a mask.

Mix bentonite Clay and lavender oil in 1: 1. Apply on the tiny bumps. You may feel pulling sensation. Leave for 15 minutes. With a paper towel, remove it. Your skin may appear red. It’s normal.

By following the complete procedure, tiny bumps will disappear within very few days. Repeat this procedure daily.

When you have gone through enough patience or bumps are going to increase and you want quick treatment must go for medicated therapy. Different medical treatments are available for removing tiny bumps beneath the skin.

De-roofing

De-roofing is a simple, effective, mildly invasive, tissue, saving surgical procedure. If the tiny bumps are small in number they can be removed by De-roofing. De-roofing is a sterile procedure.

In De-roofing, use of local anesthetics is the first step. Lidocaine plus adrenaline first injected to the affected area. It’s painful to apply through injection. A mixture of Lidocaine and pilocarpine cream can be applied for anesthesia 1 hour before treatment.

The second step is the insertion of the blunt probe into the bump. With the help of probe, explore the tract communicating with the bump. By doing this, the extent of the bump can be measured.

Use of hyfrecator
