  1. Take1 kg of the walnuts from the walnut tree. They should be fresh and dry shell walnuts. Open the shells of walnut with a nutcracker and take out the meat into a bowl.
  2. After taking the meat off the walnut grind all the walnuts into a fine powder.
  3. Now we have powder meat of walnut add it into a little amount of water and heat this mixture for 30 minutes with constant stirring.
  4. Now place this hot mixture into an oil press and squeeze out the oil.
  5. Place a bowl under the oil press and allow the oil to come into this owl. Now collect the oil of walnut in this bowl.
  6. Quantity of oil will depend upon the number of walnuts. Greater the walnuts will provide more will be the oil received.
  7. Finally, you have walnut oil in the bowl. Take a glass bottle and put the oil in it. You can store it for weeks to months.
    In this way, you can easily make walnut oil at home without any difficulty. Try to make walnut oil at home for your hair growth because the oil we bought from the market contains a lot of impurities. So try to make at home to get pure walnut oil.

You can use the black walnuts to give black color to hair. And if you want to dye your hair with natural brown color then you can add coffee in it. I experienced it on my hair with coffee.

How to apply:

  • Take 10 to 11 walnuts they should be fresh and dry and separate its shells with a nutcracker.
  • Now take 1 liter of water in a boil and allow it to boil.
  • Add walnuts shells into the boiling water and boil it until the water becomes half of its level it will give light brown color.
  • Now strain the mixture of water and shells and separate the liquid into a bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of coffee in this walnut shell water and stir it continuously.
  • The liquid should be warmed to mix the coffee in it. When coffee will mix in it, it gives a dark brown color paste.
  • Apply this paste on your strands of hairs that you want to die.
  • Leave it for half-hour and washed with gentle shampoo and conditioner. 

Walnuts for hair growth:

Walnuts are enriched with fatty acids that are necessary nutrients for the growth of hair. When these nutrients are provided by walnuts then hair becomes long healthy and strong.

Walnuts are full of nutrients that you can never give up on walnuts for hair growth. And when you will use it with other essential oils it enhances its properties and makes hair strong and healthy.

Walnuts contain zinc in it which helps in cell regeneration and removes dead cells of hair and allow growing new hairs.

  • Take an equal amount of olive oil and soya bean oil in a bowl.
