6 Steps Method for Using Chamomile Tea for Skin rash

Step 1: Boil one cup of water. Put the hot water in a bowl.

NB: only use organic Chamomile that is packaged in bleached tea bags. The bleached tea bag contains added chemicals that might worsen your skin irritation.

Step 2: tear the chamomile tea from the packaging bag and dip it in hot water. Let it relax in the water for up to 20 minutes without disturbing it. Most importantly, do not add anything to the cup of water.

Depending on the size of the skin rash, you might need more than one chamomile tea bag. 

Step 3: Let the Chamomile stay in hot water until the temperature chills down. While it is warm, take the chamomile tea bag from the water and gently squeeze it to get rid of excess water. However, be careful not to tear the teabag.

Step 4: Gently place the warm teabag on the affected skin area. But, do not rub the teabag on the affected area. Just put it on the area and hold it in position for some time.
